Refund Policy

Vera Organic Beauty

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 10 to 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging—in order for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at the following address vera@veraorganicbeauty.shop. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: San Pedro Sula, Cortés, Blvd del Norte, Colonia Fesitranh, Zone 1, Condominios del Valle II Building, Units 4 and 5.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We will not accept returns unless you have requested a return in advance.

Damage and Problems

Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Changes

The quickest way to make sure you get what you're looking for is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and post the refund.
